Kerah Pelczarski is versatile, diligent, and a sponge for information who can learn anything quickly. She has my absolute highest recommendation.

She started as a Web Interaction Designer performing maintenance and design work for US and UK sites. Kerah's conscientious nature, interpersonal skills, follow-through and certainly her hands-on experience working on a popular mainstream web site made her an obvious choice to be one of our first Project Managers.

Less than a year later she again increased her level of responsibility, and contribution, by becoming the Coordinator of our Graphic Design group. She matured quickly as a manager and confronted difficult issues promptly and head-on. Kerah not only enjoys learning new things, she's passionate about teaching and supporting the growth of others.

In closing, Kerah was an absolute pleasure to work with. I've received nothing but compliments about her from all the groups she had to work with, from Tech to Editorial. She has a solid set of web and management skills and I used to only half-jokingly call her my Swiss Army knife. Whatever needed doing, Kerah would take care of it. Nothing was "not my job" with Kerah. Any company would be lucky to have her and I wholeheartedly recommend her.

As a Co-Founder and Co-Chairman of The Motley Fool, I am pleased to recommend Kerah Pelczarski to any organization that is fortunate enough to receive her application. Kerah receives my highest recommendation.

During the more than two years she worked at the Fool, she gave her heart and soul to the Design Group, putting in long and productive hours. She was a key contributor to a team that produced a customer experience that has won kudos across the industry.

Kerah worked extremely hard, contributed enthusiastically, and showed all the qualities of a self-starter. Her intelligence, creativity, work ethic, and enthusiasm would be an asset to any company.

I highly recommend that you give Kerah your strongest consideration.

I am very pleased to recommend Kerah to any organization wishing to add a talented, energetic individual to its team. She did much to enhance our organization's image on the Internet using both the latest in complex software programs and HTML. She is a very bright, capable individual who is never afraid to accept a challenge or offer a solution to an Internet-related problem. She is devoted to her work, and her energy is contagious.

As part of her responsibilities at UTSA, Kerah interacted with a variety of individuals, including students, senior-level administrators and faculty. She was comfortable in all situations, and her competence was always evident during these meetings.

...Kerah produced work of high quality including its accuracy and completeness and was able to focus quickly on priority issues and accomplish multiple tasks. Moreover, her excellent writing and verbal communication skills were critical to the smooth interface of the advising office with the student population, as well as, the faculty and professional staff....She always showed significant initiative and resourcefulness coming up with new ideas to achieve desired results and consistently looking for better more efficient methods for accomplishing tasks. She was considerate, cooperative and generous in providing service and maintained smooth and effective working relationships.

I believe Kerah would be a valuable asset to any organization and I strongly urge that serious consideration be afforded her candidacy.

...As Manager of Dodd Auditorium, which is the large concert hall, Kerah had to work independently and interact with students, faculty, staff, visiting performers and lecturers. She worked extremely well with little or no direction. In the entire time that she was with us, I heard nothing but praise for the work she did and for the way she worked with people. I need to tell you one additional factor about Kerah: she learned the job completely on her own. the previous holder of the position did not leave very complete records, and she had to figure out everything by herself. She did that superbly and became extremely competent in the position in a very short time.

...To the question about whether or not I would rehire her, I must respond with an enthusiastic yes.

Kerah is a bright young woman who is extremely poised. I never saw her in a situation that she could not handle. She learns easily and quickly. She was devoted to her work and exuded an energy that was contagious with all with whom she came in contact.
